Frame Load Distribution System

The wagon uses a 30 in platform frame designed to support up to 260 lb when weight is spread across the base. Force is distributed through a four-point wheel layout connected to a steel frame structure. The interior area is designed for stacked placement of tools, packaged goods, and irregular items. A fabric liner attaches through perimeter anchor points and can be removed when needed. The frame can also be used without the liner for larger or uneven cargo shapes.

Wheel Assembly and Handle Control System

The cart includes four caster wheels with 360° rotation mounted at each corner for multi-direction movement. Each wheel is fixed to an axle housing that keeps alignment during forward and turning motion. The handle uses a 3 section telescopic design with adjustment from 18.3 in to 33 in. A 90° rotation joint connects the handle column to the front wheel assembly for directional control. Movement input is transferred directly through the handle shaft into the wheel base.

Folding Frame and Storage Configuration

The frame collapses by folding inward through side hinge joints located along the lower rail system. This reduces the structure into a compact stacked form for storage and transport. The fabric liner detaches fully from the frame using its perimeter connection points. Wheels remain attached during folding, keeping the unit complete without disassembly. The folded size allows placement in vehicle storage areas or tight storage spaces.
