Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only, all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Total delivery time is typically 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)
Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
How much is the shipping fee?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum required.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@coralstyles.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the issue with the carrier and help with the next step.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@coralstyles.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
I never received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us at support@coralstyles.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend it.
Can I add an item to an existing order?
We are not able to combine orders or add items to an existing order once it has been placed. We recommend placing a separate order for any additional items.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption. Payments are charged in USD.

Return and Refund
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To begin a return, please contact support@coralstyles.com with your order number and reason for return. A prepaid return label will be provided within 1 business day.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any included accessories.
Return shipping is free for eligible returns within the United States using the prepaid return label provided by our support team. No restocking fees apply.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Bank processing time takes an additional 2 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
