30-Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Final-sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our support team at support@coralstyles.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return instructions, return address, and a prepaid return label for eligible US returns within 1 business day.
Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any included accessories.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for eligible returns within the United States using the prepaid return label provided by our support team.
Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be charged.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time: 3 to 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Bank processing time: Additional 2 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Damaged or Defective items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@coralstyles.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or full refund when applicable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
