Soil Processing System Overview

This 20V tiller cultivator uses a rotary tine assembly driven by a vertical shaft system. Four steel tines engage soil during rotation. The working path measures 9 inches per pass. Maximum penetration reaches 6 inches depending on ground condition and soil type. The frame uses alloy steel for structural support.

Drive System Behavior

The drive system operates at 360RPM. Power is supplied through 20V lithium battery modules, with three 4.0Ah units included and one pre-installed. Battery swapping allows continued operation without wired connection. Activation requires simultaneous use of a interlock switch and main trigger. Gear housing can be removed for access during cleaning and maintenance cycles.

Control Interface Layout

Handle assembly includes an adjustable position mechanism for alignment during operation. Controls are placed on the upper grip section. The unit operates without a power cord connection. The tine assembly and lower gear section can be separated for access during cleaning. Rear frame support allows upright placement for storage.
