Solid little scratchers. My older cat took a bit longer to warm up to it but now she uses it every morning, and my younger one has basically lived on it since I got it. Happy with both pieces.
Both pieces feel solid for corrugated cardboard. The ridged texture is coarser than the flat scrapers I've used before and you can tell my cat gets more satisfaction out of it, she really digs in and stretches properly while using it.
I was a little worried the ball attached to it would be flimsy and just fall off immediately like on other toys I've bought. It hasn't budged. My cat bats at it constantly and it's still right there doing its job.
🐱 My kitten absolutely loves batting that little ball around. Really glad I picked this up.
ok this thing is actually so cute and my cat will not leave it alone ✨.
The little ball on it is what got my cat interested in the first place. She'll bat at it and then naturally start scratching the board, like the toy leads her right to it. Really smart design for keeping a cat engaged.
my last scratching board fell apart so fast, pieces of cardboard everywhere within a week. this one is way sturdier and my cats have been going at it hard since I got it. the accordion shape actually holds up better than the flat ones I used to buy.
Simple and effective. My cat knows exactly what to do with it and her claws are in much better shape since I got this.
I bought this mostly for the scratching and was pleasantly surprised that my cat also just likes sitting on it. Good buy overall.
The accordion shape is genuinely clever. My cat wedges herself into the folds sometimes and just naps there, and other times she's standing on top scratching away. It's like it serves two purposes without even trying.
