We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include the original packaging.

Please contact our support team at support@coralstyles.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send return instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible US returns within 1 business day.

After your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to post the refund to your account.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@coralstyles.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
